Plumbing – replacing what is there or moving the footprint of the bathroom to accommodate a larger shower, with accompanying permit fees and inspections

Electrical – possibly need new circuits will have to be run back to your electrical panel for floor heat, may have wall sconces or a backlit mirror, undercabinet tow kick lighting for the perfect motion activated night light – electrical alterations will also have permit fees and inspections

Drywall and painting - again the extent of the work is going to dictate the costs, sometimes we will only need to remove a portion of the drywall for bathroom renovations, but often on larger renovations we will be completely removing the drywall for any structural changes and to gain access to all the electrical and plumbing, also if you have any textured ceilings that you want flat this is the time to do it
